Do I need to sign a waiver?

To help us serve you better, please complete our waiver form and review our studio policies. The form will be attached to the confirmation email after booking, and can be filled out online before your session or in studio upon arrival. To ensure an efficient booking, it is recommended to fill out the waiver before arriving at the studio.

To ensure a smooth flow between bookings, please do not arrive more than 15 minutes early. Upon arrival, one of our staff will give you a quick explanation as well as help with pet deposits if necessary.

What’s the check in process?

We love meeting your furry friends! Pets are welcome in our studio with a fee of $25+HST per pet, along with a refundable $200 deposit per session. Please arrange payment during registration before entering the studio.

You can fit up to 10 people including the photographer in the studio spaces.

Creatives shouldn’t be limited on what they envision. That’s why our space is different than other studios— on top of having set studio spaces, everything in a set studio is modular and can be moved around and rearranged in different ways to fit any feeling or mood. Whether you want different furniture, walls, decor, or lighting set ups, the studio is yours to customize as you please!

What’s a modular studio?

We offer four makeup desks available for reservation at $25+HST per hour per desk. To make the most of your session, we recommend booking in advance and allowing enough time for makeup and outfit changes. Our staff will kindly remind you 10 minutes before your session ends to help you stay on schedule.

how does the make up studio rental work?

Do you have changerooms?

Every booking includes access to a private changing room located in the common area next to the makeup studio space. Please remember to take all your personal belongings with you as The Studio Co. is not responsible for any lost items.

What happens if i damaged something?

We strive to keep our studio in excellent condition for every guest. Any damaged or broken items will be invoiced accordingly. Our team inspects the studio before and after each session, so please notify staff immediately if anything is damaged.

What’s the checkout procedure?

Before you leave, please make sure all personal items have been collected. Our team will give you a friendly 10-minute reminder before your session is scheduled to end.

What if I need to cancel/reschedule?

All bookings are non-refundable but your booking can be transferred to any future time and date subject to availability.
